Cardiovascular exercise raises your heart rate and increases oxygen flow around the body. Over time this will help the muscles become more efficient at using oxygen and can reduce breathlessness.

Beginner

If you can manage the beginner exercises easily, then try to progress by increasing the duration gradually. As a goal try to achieve 10 minutes, then see if you can progress gradually to 30 minutes. This can be spread out throughout the day, but just do what you feel you can manage. If you are finding the beginner easily then you can try the intermediate.

Intermediate

If you can manage the intermediate exercises easily, then progress by gradually increase the duration. As a goal try and progress to achieve 10 minutes, then see if you can progress upto 30 minutes. This can also be spread out throughout the day, but just do what you feel you can manage. If you are finding the intermediate easily then try the advance.

Advanced

If you can manage the intermediate exercise easily, then to progress gradually increase the duration. As a goal try and progress to achieve 10 minutes, then see if you can progress and build upto 30 minutes. This can be spread out throughout the day, but just do what you feel you can manage.
